Job Summary:
Works closely with multi-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation and execution of developmental functions. Customizes software deliverables for client business needs.
Designs, constructs, maintains and documents software systems, software applications and directs quality assurance for new or enhanced software.
Manages software development life cycle from initial business analysis, technical design, coding and testing through software delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Code creation, maintenance, enhancement and migration.
- Analyzes information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
- Develops and directs software system testing and validation procedures.
- Provides technical support including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Consults, advises and educates leaders and other associates through presentations.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks at once.

Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in the following areas:
o Relationship Database: SQL SERVER/ORACLE  TSQL/PLSQL language (Must)
o SQL SERVER Business Intelligence(SSIS,SSRS,SSAS) (Must)
o Programming Languages: Java  (Must)
o Operating System Platforms: UNIX/LINUX
o Application Servers: JBoss/Tomcat(Nice to Have)
o EJB (Nice to Have)
o Web Design/Application: HTML*, CSS, JSP, JSF, XML, WSDL (Nice to have)
o Software Development Methodology: Waterfall, Prototyping, RAD, RUP
- System analyst ability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
- Good written English communication skills, CET 4 or equivalent is required

实习生职位：
Software Developer       
Responsibilities:
The Software Developer is primarily responsible for design and implementation of software deliverables for business needs. The role manages software development life cycle from initial business analysis, technical design, coding and testing through software delivery. Additional responsibilities include documenting software systems and advising other team members on quality assurance, software configuration, business requirements and maintenance.
Requirement:
•        Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field.
•        Strong system programming skills in Java, C++ or C#
•        Familiar with software development and software development process
•        Excellent and professional communication skills; good command of English


Analyst       
Responsibilities:
•        Communicates and consults with analytics consultants and analytics mode lists in our global team to make the software development as a smooth and successful process.
•        Individually works on each component through the entire development life-cycle, from initial business background and analytics modeling understanding, technical design, coding, testing and validating, to software delivery.
•        Consults with various client facing departments, understands relevant business systems, interpreters end client management requirements to evaluate and enhance the software usage.
•        Studies and recommends software further installation system environments, makes installation plans and modification requirements.
•        Documents software technical specifications, configuration and maintenance requirements, problem fix manual, and development process. Records all testing and validation results.
•        Provides technical support to the software users in our global market including troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Requirements:
•        Fresh graduate with Master degree from both computer discipline and analytics discipline respectively.
•        Computer discipline includes major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, etc. Analytics discipline is the one with extensive quantitative such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, etc.
•        Analytics mindset and data driven.
•        Good written English skills. Good technical documentation capability.

Desired Requirements:
•        Knowledge with one of statistics software such as SAS, SPSS, or R is highly desired.
