第二个链接提供了VB的Demo，下载下来将wiaaut.dll注册到系统目录下，一看
和以前Windows2000/NT/98中的Kodak Imaging控件类似，依照Demo代码慢慢看吧.

基本上可使用CommonDialog1对象提供的方法来处理：
ShowItemProperties：显示扫描等设置属性
ShowTransfer： 扫描传输数据

然后使用Image控件显示返回的ImageFile对象的图像数据，即：FileData.Picture
