two SOC development cycles starting from spec,

set from Synopsys, Cadence and Mentor.

Required Qualifications:
·5+ years of Windows C++ experience
·Strong Windows C++ object oriented development
skills including specific skills in windows network
and multithreaded programming
·Windows application development using Visual
Studio, MFC, COM, Win32 and SQL
·Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience
including the use of MS Platform SDK tools, and
commercial debugging, profiling and diagnostic tools
·Programmatic querying of Active Directory, LDAP
·Strong knowledge of security technology: PKI, SSL,
Kerberos, XML-DSIG, IDS, libpcap, RSA, DSA, 3DES, MD5,
SHA
·Strong understanding of Windows Registry and
Windows Security Policies
·Windows .NET programming skills ARE NOT REQUIRED
·Requires Bachelor’s Degree in software
engineering, mathematics, or other
engineering/technical field with at minimum 2 years
work experience in the IT industry or Master’s
Software Engineering degree.
